2023 Buyers Views of Salespeople Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The prize draw is open to all individuals who complete the “Buyers Views of Salespeople” survey and meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
- Participants must provide accurate and valid contact information.
2. Entry Period:
2.1. The prize draw entry period will begin on 6th June 2023 and end on 1st August 2023 (“Entry Period”).
3. How to Enter:
3.1. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the “Buyers Views of Salespeople” survey during the Entry Period.
3.2. Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
4. Prize Details:
4.1. The prize consists of a £250 voucher, which can be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issuing company.
5. Winner Selection:
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
5.2. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.
6. Winner Notification:
6.1. The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the survey completion.
6.2. The winner will be notified within 14 days after the prize draw has taken place.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of the initial contact or fails to meet the eligibility criteria and compliance with these terms and conditions, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.
7. Prize Redemption:
7.1. The prize voucher will be sent electronically to the winner’s email address provided during the survey completion.
7.2. The winner is responsible for redeeming the voucher within the specified validity period.
7.3. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
8.Data and Privacy:
8.1. Participants’ personal information collected during the prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner. The data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
9.General Conditions:
9.1. The prize draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
9.2. The prize draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
9.3. Tack TMI reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without notice.
9.4. Tack TMIs’ decisions regarding any aspect of the prize draw are final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Tack TMI does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
10.2. Tack TMI does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to voucher and subsequent purchases including warranty are that of the prize winner.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood these rules before entering the draw.
