Modernising sales training in a global corporate environment

Henkel’s Campus of Adhesive Technologies is dedicated to providing impactful sales training that drives behavioural change, resulting in improved business outcomes through knowledge transfer, skills building, best practices, and coaching. However, to reach all customer-facing individuals, they recognised the need for a modern, scalable training curriculum that went beyond traditional instructor-led training (ILT).

To bring this vision to life, Henkel needed to secure a new global training partner. The partner would support the launch of a self-paced learning platform and the design and development of programmes and content, as well as:

  • Crafting a cutting-edge retail curriculum
  • Designing and delivering a transformative coaching-for-performance learning experience for all sales managers globally
  • Provide ILT in languages and areas where The Campus lacks the capability
