As Skyscanner underwent rapid expansion, the business needed to create a more cohesive working culture, deepen employee engagement, and foster stronger manager–team relationships — all essential to aligning teams with the company’s wider objectives.

Tack TMI designed a blended learning programme aimed at senior managers. Central to the programme were three interactive workshops delivered in cohorts of 20, supplemented by smaller accountability pods that encouraged knowledge-sharing. Tailored regional discovery sessions ensured the training reflected cultural nuances across each market.
