Apprenticeships to take your business into the future
Inspire and enable your people to release their true potential and achieve sustainable results with a government approved apprenticeship programme, helping you to reduce your skills gaps, motivate and develop your people whilst fully optimising your levy.
Drawing on Tack TMI’s expertise in Sales, Customer Experience and Leadership and Management Development, our parent company Gi Group, have developed a range of innovative, impactful and result orientated government approved apprenticeship programmes that you can trust, and that we are proud to fully endorse.
Why choose an apprenticeship?
Following Government reform, apprenticeships have been re-engineered to meet the demands of business today. Gone are the days of apprenticeships being limited to manual roles, apprenticeships are available across a number of different roles within business, from customer service, to sales to senior leadership.
An exciting option for both apprentice and employer, apprenticeship training provides the opportunity to have a flexible, but structured training programme that can be adapted to meet your organisations need, helping you grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce.
- 86% of employers said apprenticeships developed skills relevant to their organisation
- 78% reported improved productivity
- 90% of apprentices stay on in their place of work after completing an apprenticeship

Apprenticeship funding
Help from the government is available to pay for apprenticeship training. The amount you receive depends on whether you pay the Apprenticeship Levy or not.
The Apprenticeship Levy will be collected from any employer that has a pay bill of more than £3million each year. Any business that has a pay bill under £3million will not have to pay the levy.
Non-Levy paying businesses
You will pay 5% towards the cost of the apprenticeship. The government will pay the rest (95%) up to the funding band maximum. These funds go directly to the training provider.
Levy paying businesses
You will receive funds for your chosen apprenticeship training programme through the apprenticeship service.
Further funding options are available for small employers (under 50 people), those training younger apprentices and through transfer of apprenticeship funds, please contact us directly to discuss.
